HOW IT WORKS
1. You hire a lawyer to create a Will for you, or you can purchase a fill in the blank Texas Will template online from any number of websites.
2. You arrange to have two witness age 18 or older that aren't mentions in your Will present at the time of your Will signing, and who have a valid ID to show the notary.
3. You contact us at T&C Signings and schedule a date and time to have an our notary travel to you and be present at your Will signing.
4. The signors of the Will must have a valid photo ID to show the notary and physically sign the Will in front of the notary to legally execute it in Texas.
